Instructions

1-Beat 12 ounces of softened cream cheese with 1 cup confectioner’s sugar and 1 tablespoon vanilla extract until it’s smooth and creamy.

2-Gently fold in the whipped cream to create a light, fluffy filling that’s the heart of this dessert.

3-Start assembling in your lined pan: Layer one-third of the sliced strawberries, followed by one-third of the cream cheese mixture, and then a single layer of broken graham crackers.

4-Repeat the layers two more times, ending with the cream cheese mixture and strawberries on top.

5-Cover the pan, press lightly, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight to let everything set perfectly.
