Β½ teaspoon salt

Β½ teaspoon ground black pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons roughly chopped fresh garlic (68 cloves)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)

ΒΌ cup honey

12 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

1-Prepare ingredients: Prepare ingredients by thawing and drying shrimp if needed.

2-Combine seasonings: Combine flour, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

3-Toss shrimp: Toss shrimp in the seasoning mix for even coating.

4-Cook garlic: Cook garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes and remove.

5-Cook shrimp: Increase heat and cook shrimp in the infused oil for 3 minutes per side.

6-Make sauce: Add butter, honey, and lemon juice; stir to create the sauce.

7-Finish and serve: Sprinkle parsley and serve with lemon wedges and sides.
