🍎 This easy-to-make salad is perfect for gatherings, adding a festive and flavorful twist to any occasion with its creamy dressing and crunchy candy mix.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 6-8 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix

3/4 cup whole milk

8 ounces whipped topping

1 cup heavy whipping cream beaten to stiff peaks

6 Granny Smith apples with 1 reserved for garnish

6 full-size chocolate candy bars with 1 reserved for garnish

1/4 cup caramel sauce optional

Instructions

1-In a large bowl: whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and whole milk until smooth and creamy. Then, fold in the whipped topping or whipped cream to create that signature base.

2-Core and chop all but one Granny Smith apple, tossing the pieces with lemon juice or a lemon-lime soda if you’re preparing ahead, and pat them dry to keep them fresh.

3-Chop all but one chocolate candy bar into bite-sized pieces, which adds the perfect crunchy candy mix to your salad.

4-Fold the chopped Granny Smith apples and chocolate candy bar pieces into the pudding mixture, then cover and refrigerate until you’re ready to serve.

5-Before serving, top with the remaining Granny Smith apple slices and chocolate candy bar pieces, and drizzle with caramel sauce if you want an extra touch.
