🍫 Indulge in rich, fudgy Snickers Brownies packed with gooey caramel and crunchy salted peanuts.
🥜 This layered dessert combines chocolate, nougat, and peanut butter flavors for a satisfying treat with varied textures.

  • Total Time: 3 hours 25 minutes
  • Yield: 12 large bars

Ingredients

– 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

– 1 tablespoon cornstarch

– ⅓ cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder

– ½ teaspoon baking powder

– ¼ teaspoon salt

– 4 large eggs at room temperature

– 2 cups granulated sugar

– ¾ cup unsalted butter at room temperature

– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

– ¼ cup unsalted butter

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– ¼ cup heavy whipping cream

– ¼ cup creamy peanut butter

– 1 jar marshmallow fluff

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 2 cups salted peanuts

– 1 bag (11 ounces) caramel bits

– ¼ cup heavy whipping cream

– 2 cups milk chocolate chips

– 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Instructions

1-Preheat and prepare: Creating these Snickers brownies is a fun process that results in a decadent treat. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F and lining a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal. This step ensures your brownies come out cleanly and helps with the layering process later.

2-Whisk and mix: Next, whisk together the dry ingredients for the brownie layer: 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, ⅓ cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder, ½ teaspoon baking powder, and ¼ teaspoon salt. In a separate bowl, use a stand mixer to beat 4 large eggs at room temperature, 2 cups granulated sugar, ¾ cup unsalted butter at room temperature, and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract until the mixture is light and fluffy. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ones, mixing gently until just combined.

3-Bake brownie layer: Pour the batter into your prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center remains moist. Let it cool at room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours to firm up.

4-Prepare nougat layer: For the nougat layer, heat ¼ cup unsalted butter, 1 cup granulated sugar, and ¼ cup heavy whipping cream in a saucepan until it boils and reaches 246°F on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat and stir in ¼ cup creamy peanut butter, 1 jar marshmallow fluff, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth, then pour over the chilled brownies and top with 2 cups salted peanuts, pressing them gently into place.

5-Prepare caramel layer: While that chills, prepare the caramel layer by melting 1 bag (11 ounces) caramel bits with ¼ cup heavy whipping cream in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth. Spread this over the nougat and peanuts, then chill for 5 minutes.

6-Prepare chocolate layer: Finally, for the chocolate layer, melt 2 cups milk chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon vegetable oil in the microwave in 30-second bursts until smooth, and spread it evenly over the caramel. Chill for 15-20 minutes until firm, and serve slightly cooled for the best texture.
