Ingredients
1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
7.5 ounces (about 213 grams) whipped chive cream cheese, softened
3 ounces (about 85 grams) smoked salmon, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill
extra fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
1-Cut the pastry into 25 even squares, then press 24 of them into a mini muffin tin using a cocktail muddler or similar tool to form cups.
2-In a medium bowl, mix together the 7.5 ounces of whipped chive cream cheese, 3 ounces of smoked salmon, and 1 tablespoon of fresh dill until well combined.
3-Spoon the filling evenly into the pastry cups, making sure each one gets a good amount.
4-Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the pastry turns golden brown and the cream cheese starts to brown lightly.
5-Allow the puffs to cool for 5 minutes in the tin before transferring them to a serving platter, and garnish with extra fresh dill if you like.
