Ingredients

– 2 small heads of cabbage

– 3 tablespoons olive oil

– 2 teaspoons paprika

– 1 tablespoon garlic powder

– red pepper flakes for added heat

Instructions

1-Remove the stems from the 2 small heads of cabbage and cut each into four thick slices, about ยพ to 1 inch thick.

2-Arrange the cabbage slices evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3-Brush both sides of each slice generously with 3 tablespoons of olive oil.

4-Sprinkle ยฝ teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, and 2 teaspoons paprika on both sides of the cabbage steaks. Add red pepper flakes if you want extra heat.

5-Bake in a preheated oven at 400ยฐF (204ยฐC) for about 25 minutes, or until the edges are crispy, the leaves are browned, and the centers are tender.

6-Serve immediately while hot, pairing it with your favorite main dish for a complete meal.
