Ingredients

– 1 pound sliced deli corned beef, coarsely chopped

– 16 ounces sauerkraut, drained and rinsed thoroughly

– 1 cup Thousand Island salad dressing

– 2 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions

3-Drain and pat the sauerkraut dry: Drain and pat the sauerkraut dry to remove excess moisture, then sprinkle it evenly over the beef layer.

5-Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese: Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese over the dressing for that melty goodness.
