๐Ÿ– Enjoy tender and flavorful baked ham with a sweet pineapple glaze that elevates any meal.
๐Ÿ”ฅ This recipe ensures perfectly reheated, moist ham every time for family gatherings or special occasions.

  • Total Time: 2 hours 30 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

8 to 10 pounds bone-in fully cooked spiral-cut ham

20-ounce can pineapple tidbits or crushed pineapple

3/4 cup light brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

1-Getting started with Pineapple Glazed Ham: First, take the ham out of the fridge 1 to 2 hours ahead to let it reach room temperature, which helps it heat through evenly.

2-Preheat your oven: Preheat your oven to 300ยฐF and prepare the glaze by mixing the pineapple, 3/4 cup light brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves in a saucepan.

3-Bring the mixture to a boil, then simmer for 20 to 30 minutes until it thickens into a syrupy glaze.

4-Place the ham cut side down in a foil-lined roasting pan for easy cleanup, then brush on some of the glaze.

5-Cover it tightly with foil and bake at 300ยฐF for 1.5 to 2 hours, checking until it reaches 110ยฐF internally.

6-After that, remove the foil, crank the oven up to 400ยฐF, add the rest of the glaze, and bake for another 15 minutes to get that caramelized finish.

7-Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before serving to lock in the juices.
