Instructions

1-Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and crush the 25 chocolate sandwich cookies finely, either with a food processor or by hand, then mix in the 5 tablespoons of melted salted butter. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a pie plate and bake for 5 to 7 minutes until it’s set, then let it cool completely.

2-Make the filling: In a mixer with a whisk attachment, beat 1 cup of creamy peanut butter and 8 ounces of softened cream cheese until smooth, then add 1 1/4 cups of powdered sugar and mix well.

3-Fold in whipped topping: Gently fold in 8 ounces of thawed whipped topping, beating until everything is smooth and scraping the bowl as needed.

4-Assemble and chill: Pour the filling into the cooled crust, smooth the top, and chill the pie for at least 4 hours before serving.
