Ingredients

– 1 cup butter

– 3Β½ cups powdered sugar

Instructions

1-In a glass bowl, combine the peanut butter, butter, and vanilla extract. Melt in the microwave for 90 seconds.

2-Stir the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy.

3-Gradually add powdered sugar about one cup at a time, stirring well after each addition.

4-Grease an 8 to 9-inch pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.

5-Transfer the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and press evenly.

6-Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into 1-inch squares.

7-Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

8-Combine the peanut butter, butter, and vanilla in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat.

9-Stir constantly until smooth and creamy.

10-Remove from heat and slowly incorporate powdered sugar one cup at a time, mixing thoroughly.

11-Prepare the pan as above, transfer the mixture, and press it evenly.
