– 1 teaspoon oil for batter
– 2 eggs
– 2 tablespoons oil for frying
Instructions
1-In a large bowl, quickly whisk together potato starch, baking powder, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, eggs, water, and 1 teaspoon oil to avoid clumping.
2-Soak chicken pieces in the batter for about 3 minutes to coat thoroughly.
3-Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat until hot.
4-Fry chicken pieces for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
5-Remove nuggets and pat dry with a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
