πŸ§€ Parmesan Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna offers rich, flavorful layers combining the best of bacon, garlic, and cheesy goodness for a satisfying meal.
πŸ” This recipe is perfect for those craving a comforting twist on classic lasagna with savory bacon and ranch balance.

  • Total Time: 1 hour 5 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients

– 12 lasagna noodles, cooked slightly under al dente

– 1 lb ground beef (can substitute with ground turkey or chicken)

– 6 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled

– 2 cups marinara sauce

– Β½ cup ranch dressing

– Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1-First up, cook the 12 lasagna noodles in salted boiling water until just under al dente, then drain and set them aside for layering. This step keeps the pasta firm so it holds up well in the oven.

2-Next, brown the 1 lb ground beef with the 3 cloves minced garlic in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and black pepper to taste before draining any excess fat.

3-Stir in the 2 cups marinara sauce into the beef mixture and let it simmer on low heat for 5 minutes to blend the flavors.

4-In a separate bowl, mix the Β½ cup ranch dressing, Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, and the 6 slices crumbled bacon to create a savory blend.

5-Now, in a 9Γ—13-inch baking dish, layer the beef mixture, lasagna noodles, bacon-ranch blend, and 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, repeating the layers and finishing with mozzarella on top.

6-Cover the dish with foil and bake at 375Β°F for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until it’s bubbly and golden.

7-Let the lasagna rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving to make cutting easier.
