🍗 Marry Me Chicken features tender chicken cutlets in a creamy sauce rich with garlic, Parmesan, and sundried tomatoes, perfect for an impressive yet easy meal.
🍽️ Ready in under 30 minutes, this dish is ideal for quick dinners or special occasions that call for comforting, flavorful food.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4-6 servings

Ingredients

– 3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced lengthwise into thin cutlets

– ½ teaspoon salt

– ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

– 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 cup chicken stock

– 1 cup heavy cream

– ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

– 1 teaspoon chili flakes

– ¼ teaspoon oregano

– ¼ teaspoon thyme

– ⅓ cup chopped sundried tomatoes

– 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

1-First, prepare all ingredients by chopping sundried tomatoes, mincing garlic, and grating parmesan cheese to ensure a smooth cooking process.

2-Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, then heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

3-Sear the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side, and set them aside.

4-In the same skillet, add garlic and sundried tomatoes, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then incorporate the chicken stock to deglaze the pan.

5-Pour in heavy cream and stir in parmesan cheese, letting the sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes until it thickens, and season with chili flakes, oregano, and thyme.

6-Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and simmer for another 5-7 minutes until fully cooked, adapting for dietary needs like substituting chicken with tofu if required.

7-Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm over pasta, rice, or veggies for a complete meal.
