– 2 eggs

– 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract or paste

– 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 teaspoon baking soda

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1-Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325Β°F (163Β°C) and grease an 8Β½ x 4Β½-inch loaf pan to get ready for baking.

2-In a large bowl: whisk together the melted butter and honey until well combined.

3-Add eggs, mashed bananas, milk, and vanilla extract, stirring everything until it’s all mixed together.

4-In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt to blend the dry ingredients evenly.

5-Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined to keep the batter light.

6-Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and add any optional toppings like crushed nuts or chocolate chips as desired.

7-Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

8-Let the bread cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack and cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
