๐ŸŽ„ Celebrate the holidays with these festive Grinch Oreo Balls, a fun and delicious treat everyone will love.
๐Ÿ’š Their vibrant green coating and sweet red heart decorations make them perfect for parties and gift-giving.

  • Total Time: 1 hour
  • Yield: 36 Oreo balls

Ingredients

– 36 Oreo cookies (approximately 370 to 400 grams)

– 8 ounces (about 225 grams) cream cheese, room temperature

– 12 ounces (approximately 340 grams) light green candy melts

– Red heart sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

1-First, crush the 36 Oreo cookies finely using a food processor to create a smooth base.

2-Next, beat the 8 ounces of cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy, then gradually mix in the Oreo crumbs until fully combined for a dough-like texture.

3-Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper to keep things tidy for the next stages.

4-Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands or a small cookie scoop, and place them on the lined baking sheet.

5-Chill these balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or the freezer for 15 minutes to firm them up.

6-Melt the 12 ounces of light green candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second increments and stirring between each until smooth.

7-Insert a toothpick into each chilled Oreo ball and dip it fully into the melted candy coating, rolling gently to cover all sides.

8-Tap off any excess coating and return the dipped balls to the baking sheet.

9-Quickly remove the toothpick and place a red heart sprinkle on the wet coating for that festive touch.

10-Refrigerate the balls again for 30 minutes to set the coating before serving.

11-Store the finished Oreo balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
