– 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
– 12 oz spaghetti
– 1 tbsp olive oil

– 5 cloves garlic, minced
– 1Β½ tsp Cajun seasoning
– 1 tsp smoked paprika
– 1 tsp salt
– β tsp freshly cracked black pepper
– Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese for crusting
– 1Β½ cups heavy cream
– 1 cup chicken broth
– Β½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese for sauce
– 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
– 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
1-Cook spaghetti until al dente, drain, drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, and set aside.
2-In a bowl, mix Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1Β½ tsp Cajun seasoning, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp salt, and β tsp freshly cracked black pepper; coat the chicken strips.
3-Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp salted butter in a skillet; sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
4-In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tbsp salted butter; sautΓ© 5 cloves garlic, minced, for 30 seconds.
5-Stir in 1Β½ cups heavy cream and 1 cup chicken broth; simmer for 3-4 minutes, scraping browned bits.
6-Add Β½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese and 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional); stir until smooth.
7-Return the chicken and spaghetti to the skillet; toss until coated.
8-Garnish with 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped, and serve hot.
