Instructions
1-Clean mushrooms by gently brushing off any dirt to keep them from getting soggy.
2-Place the ranch seasoning mix and flour in a large resealable bag and shake to combine for an even coating.
3-In a bowl, whisk together the egg and milk, then add the mushrooms and mix by hand until all are coated evenly.
4-In batches, add the coated mushrooms to the resealable bag with the ranch-flour mixture, seal, and shake to coat thoroughly.
5-Deep fry the coated mushrooms in oil heated to 375ยฐF until golden brown for the best texture.
6-Drain on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil and keep them crispy.
