– 1/2 cup chicken broth or dry white wine
– 1 cup heavy or whipping cream
– 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
1-Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2-Cook the chicken for about 5 to 6 minutes per side until it’s seared and fully cooked through.
3-Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside to keep warm.
4-In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon flour and 3 cloves of minced garlic, stirring for about one minute until fragrant.
5-Pour in 1/2 cup chicken broth or dry white wine, whisking to dissolve the flour and let the liquid reduce by half.
6-Stir in 1 cup heavy cream and simmer gently until the sauce thickens to your liking, which takes a few minutes.
7-Remove from heat, then stir in 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese until it melts smoothly.
8-Return the chicken to the skillet along with any juices, spoon the sauce over it, adjust seasoning if needed, and garnish with 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley.
