Instructions
1-Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2-Unroll the dough and separate into 8 triangles on the baking sheet.
3-Place 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on the widest end of each triangle.
4-Add 1 heaping teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of the cream cheese.
5-Sprinkle a small pinch of fresh thyme leaves if desired.
6-Roll each triangle from the wide end to the point, sealing the filling inside to form crescent shapes.
7-Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown, then let them cool slightly before serving.
