Instructions
1-First, process the whole chocolate sandwich cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form with no large pieces.
2-Then, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth using a mixer, and incorporate the cookie crumbs fully to create a consistent mixture.
3-Next, roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment or wax paper before freezing for 15 minutes to firm them up.
4-After freezing, melt the chocolate wafers or candy coating using a microwave or double boiler according to package instructions.
5-Dip the frozen balls completely into the melted coating, lifting with a fork and shaking off excess.
6-Place the coated balls back on the lined baking sheet and add desired decorations like drizzled chocolate, crushed cookies, sprinkles, peppermint, or nuts.
7-Finally, refrigerate the decorated balls for at least one hour before serving to set everything perfectly.
