Ingredients

– One 16-inch Italian bread loaf

– 8 ounces chive and onion cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup bottled Ranch salad dressing

– 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt

– 1 teaspoon onion powder

– 3 cups rotisserie chicken, roughly chopped

– 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

– 3 medium green onions, finely chopped

– 3 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese, divided

– 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

1-First, preheat the oven to 350ยฐF and get a sheet pan ready. In a medium bowl, beat together the softened chive and onion cream cheese, bottled Ranch salad dressing, garlic salt, and onion powder until it’s nice and smooth. Then, mix in the roughly chopped rotisserie chicken, cooked and crumbled bacon, finely chopped green onions, and 1 cup of the shredded Colby-Jack cheese by hand.

2-Next, slice the 16-inch Italian bread loaf lengthwise in half and scoop out some of the center to make room for the filling. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded Colby-Jack cheese on the bottom half, then spread the filling evenly over it. Top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded Colby-Jack cheese, place the top half of the bread on, and press down gently.

3-Brush melted butter on all sides of the loaf, wrap it in foil, and put it on the sheet pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes until heated through and the cheese melts, then open the foil for the last 5 minutes to brown it slightly. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving for the best results.
