Ingredients

Scale

3/4 cup milk

2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

2 tablespoons honey

3 large eggs

3 1/2 to 4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1/4 cup grated parmesan

Instructions

1-First, combine 3/4 cup milk, 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast, and 2 tablespoons honey in a bowl. Let it sit until bubbly, about 5-10 minutes, to wake up the yeast.

3-Once the dough is ready, cover it and let it rise for an hour until it’s doubled in size.

4-Next, mix 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, 1/4 cup grated parmesan, 1/3 cup chopped Italian herbs, and 2 minced garlic cloves in a separate bowl.

5-Roll out the dough, sprinkle on the cheese mix, and shape it into a loaf.

6-After shaping, let it rest for 15 minutes before baking at 350Β°F for 30-35 minutes.
