πŸ₯– This recipe is simple to prepare and offers a delicious way to enjoy classic Buffalo wings in a handheld form.

  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: 1 loaf

Ingredients

– 2 teaspoons olive oil for cooking the chicken and adding a light flavor

– 1 pizza dough serves as the base for rolling and baking

– 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese provides a melty, creamy texture

– 3 ounces shredded cheddar cheese adds sharp flavor and extra cheesiness

– 1/2 cup wing sauce delivers the spicy, tangy buffalo taste

– 1/3 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing balances the heat with creaminess

– Cubed chicken offers protein; season to taste for best results

– Salt and pepper for seasoning enhances the chicken’s flavor

Instructions

1-Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

2-Cook the cubed chicken until it’s thoroughly done, then add 1/4 cup of wing sauce and stir to coat. Let it simmer for a minute or two before removing from heat and letting it cool.

3-Preheat your oven to 425Β°F, as specified in the recipe, to get it ready for baking.

4-Spread the 1/3 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing and the remaining 1/4 cup wing sauce over the dough.

5-Add the cooked chicken on top, then sprinkle with 8 ounces shredded mozzarella and 3 ounces shredded cheddar cheese.

6-For extra spice, add more wing sauce if you like it hot. Roll the dough from one short end, tucking the ends in to keep the filling inside.

7-Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray, place the rolled bread on it, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Let it sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
