Ingredients

– 1 teaspoon cooking oil

– 2 large chicken breasts, sliced thin

– Β½ cup Louisiana-style hot sauce

– 4 tablespoons butter (ΒΌ cup, Β½ stick)

– Β½ teaspoon garlic powder

– ΒΌ teaspoon onion powder

– 1 kilogram french fries (homemade or frozen)

– 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (2 ounces)

– Ranch dressing for dipping (optional)

– Sliced green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1-Bake fries according to package instructions.

2-Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook about 4 minutes per side until cooked through.

3-Add butter, hot sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder to the chicken. Stir until butter melts and simmer for a few minutes.

4-Remove fries from oven, scatter half of the cheese over fries, add buffalo chicken and sauce, then add remaining cheese.

5-Bake again for 5-8 minutes until cheese melts and browns.

6-Serve by drizzling ranch dressing over fries (or serve on the side), sprinkle with sliced green onions if desired.
