Instructions

1-Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and spray a 9ร—13 inch baking pan with cooking spray to get things started.

2-Whisk ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together 12 large eggs, 1 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup milk, 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper until just combined.

3-Cook sausage: Cook 2 pounds sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking it into small pieces, then drain any excess grease.
