๐Ÿ‡ Boozy Grapes are a fun and unique party snack combining juicy grapes soaked in watermelon-flavored seltzer and vodka.
โ„๏ธ These frozen, sugar-coated treats offer a refreshing and flavorful adult-only appetizer perfect for gatherings and celebrations.

  • Total Time: 14 hours 5 minutes
  • Yield: Approximately 4 servings

Ingredients

– 1 pound seedless green grapes, washed and removed from stems

– 12 ounces watermelon-flavored alcoholic seltzer (1 ยฝ cups)

– 3 ounces vodka

– 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice

– ยฝ cup granulated sugar

Instructions

1-Place the seedless green grapes in a medium container with a lid to start the soaking process.

2-Add the watermelon-flavored alcoholic seltzer, vodka, and fresh lime juice, making sure the grapes are fully submerged for even flavor.

3-Cover the container and refrigerate for 8-12 hours, or up to 24 hours if you want a stronger taste; gently shake it now and then to mix things up.

4-Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper to prepare for freezing.

5-Pour the granulated sugar into a shallow bowl for coating the grapes.

6-Drain the grapes in a strainer to get rid of extra liquid, which helps with the next steps.

7-Pat the grapes dry with paper towels to keep the sugar from clumping.

8-Roll 6-8 grapes in the sugar until they’re fully coated, using a slotted spoon for ease.

9-Place the sugar-coated grapes on the baking sheet in a single layer so they don’t stick together.

10-Freeze for at least 2 hours or until they’re completely solid.

11-Remove from the tray and serve right away, or store in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months for later enjoyment.
