๐Ÿช These Biscoff Truffles bring a perfect balance of spiced cookie flavor and creamy richness in an easy, no-bake treat.
๐Ÿซ With a smooth white chocolate coating, they make for an impressive dessert or gift without the fuss of baking.

  • Total Time: 1 hour 30 minutes
  • Yield: About 24 truffles 1x

Ingredients

Scale

250 grams spiced cookies

140 grams softened full-fat cream cheese

ยฝ teaspoon vanilla extract

340 grams white chocolate melts or candy melts

holiday sprinkles or reserved cookie crumbs for decoration

Instructions

1- Process the cookies in a food processor until they turn into fine crumbs, and set aside a few tablespoons for decoration later.

2- In a large bowl, mix the cookie crumbs with the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract until everything is well combined for a creamy base.

3- Shape the mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place them on a plate lined with wax paper to keep them neat.

4- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for one hour to help them firm up and make dipping easier.

5- Melt the white chocolate using a candy melter on a warm setting, or do it slowly in a microwave or double boiler to avoid burning.

6- Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate with a dipping tool, then place them back on the wax paper to set.

7- Immediately decorate with the reserved cookie crumbs or holiday sprinkles before the chocolate hardens for a festive touch.

Notes

๐Ÿด Use a cookie scoop to shape uniform balls; spoons and hands work if unavailable.
๐ŸŒฟ To prevent chocolate from thickening, add a small amount of vegetable oil if needed.
๐Ÿซ Both white and dark chocolates can be used, with dark or milk chocolate being easier to work with.
