Ingredients

Instructions

1-Preheat the oven: to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease two 8ร—4-inch loaf pans.

2-In a medium bowl: whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

3-In a large bowl: whisk the sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.

4-Gently mix in: the mashed bananas.

5-Add the dry ingredients: and stir until just blended.

6-Fold in: the walnuts.

7-Divide the batter: evenly into the loaf pans.

8-Bake: for 35 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. If the tops brown too quickly, cover them with foil.

9-Let the bread cool: in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
