– 3 medium or large very ripe bananas (about 1 3/4 cups mashed)
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup semi-sweet or mini chocolate chips, divided
Instructions
1-Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF and prepare the pan.
2-Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs.
3-Mash bananas and mix with vanilla into the wet ingredients.
4-Whisk dry ingredients and combine with wet mixture.
5-Fold in 3/4 cup chocolate chips and pour batter into pan.
6-Sprinkle remaining chips on top and bake for 55-65 minutes.
7-Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to rack.
