– 3 cups powdered sugar

– 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

Instructions

1-Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF and prepare a 9ร—13 inch baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray.

2-In a large bowl: cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

3-Add: the eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract; blend until combined and creamy.

4-Add: the flour, baking soda, and salt; mix on low speed just until combined.

5-Gently fold in: the mashed bananas.

6-Pour the batter: into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

7-Bake: for 25-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs or clean. Let the cake cool completely before frosting.

1-Beat the softened butter and cream cheese together: until smooth.

2-Add: vanilla, powdered sugar, and heavy whipping cream.

3-Beat: starting on low speed and increase until the frosting forms thickly enough to cut nicely.
