Ingredients

– 4 tablespoons butter

– 2 cups powdered sugar

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1-2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

1-First: preheat the oven to 375Β°F and grease a 9Γ—13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray. In a large bowl, cream together sugar and butter until smooth and fluffy. Beat in sour cream, eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract until fully combined.

2-Add flour, baking soda, and salt; mix just until moistened to keep the batter light. Optionally, stir in walnuts for extra crunch. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 23-28 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or with a few crumbs.

3-For the glaze, heat butter over medium heat until it simmers and turns a nutty aroma; remove from heat immediately. Whisk in powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon milk until smooth, adding more as needed. Pour the warm frosting over the warm bars and spread gently.
