16 ounces (about 450 grams) angel hair pasta (or any preferred pasta type such as fettuccini, spaghetti, linguini, penne, rigatoni, or bow tie)

Instructions
1-First, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil to coat the pan. This step helps bring out the flavors in the chicken.
2-Next, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then optionally sear them for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. If you skip searing, just add extra time in the slow cooker.
3-In a bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add the cream of chicken soup, minced garlic, chicken broth, and Italian dressing mix, whisking everything to combine well. Spray the slow cooker with non-stick spray, place the chicken at the bottom, and pour the creamy mixture over it.
4-Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken reaches 165Β°F (74Β°C). For the best results, check the chickenβs temperature to ensure itβs fully cooked.
5-Just before serving, cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain it. Then, serve the chicken whole or shredded over the pasta, tossing everything together or keeping it layered.
6-Garnish with fresh parsley, cracked black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese if you like. This method keeps the dish tender and full of flavor.
